By Order dated February 7, 2019, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania amended Rules 219(a) and 502(b) of the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement and Rule 1.15 of the Rules of Professional Conduct to establish allocation of 2019-2020 Attorney Annual Fee. The total annual fee remains at $225 per active attorney for the 2019-2020 annual attorney assessment period.
Rule 219(a) is amended to reflect the Disciplinary Board shall receive $140 of the total fee paid by each active attorney.
Rule 502(b) is amended to reflect the Pennsylvania Lawyers Fund for Client Security shall receive $60 of the total fee paid by each active attorney.
RPC 1.15 is amended to reflect the IOLTA Board shall receive $25 of the total fee paid by each active attorney.
The rule amendments are effective immediately.
