By Order dated June 29, 2018, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania amended Rule 219(k) of the Pennsylvania Rule of Disciplinary Enforcement which addresses the payment owed by an inactive attorney who was administratively suspended. The amendment includes “payment of the annual fee that was due in the year in which the attorney was administratively suspended” to the list of monies owed.

This Rule will become effective July 30, 2018.
