By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated August 4, 2026, attorney Kenneth L. Blackwell (#62830), whose registered address is Capitol Heights, Maryland, is suspended for a period of four months from the Bar of this Commonwealth, reciprocal with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, effective September 3, 2026.
