By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated July 9, 2026, Philadelphia attorney Brian Dooley Kent (#94221) has been reinstated to active status from a three-year suspension on consent. He remains subject to a two-year period of probation, with the conditions outlined in the Court’s Order dated May 23, 2025.
