By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated August 8, 2024, Philadelphia attorney Jonathan Warren Chase (#312448) was granted reinstatement from a one-year suspension on consent. Reinstatement to active status is effective upon compliance with Pa.R.D.E. 218(f)(2).
