By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated November 30, 2023, Philadelphia attorney Charles C. Shainberg (#19420) was granted reinstatement from a one-year suspension. Reinstatement to active status is effective upon compliance with Pa.R.D.E. 218(f)(2).
