By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated July 28, 2023, Jay Arthur Rosenberg (#325011), whose registered address is Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is disbarred from the Bar of this Commonwealth, reciprocal with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, effective August 27, 2023.
