By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated April 6, 2023, Montgomery County attorney Brian Joseph Smith (#68911) is suspended for a period of six months from the Bar of this Commonwealth, reciprocal with the state of New Jersey, effective May 6, 2023.
