By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated November 17, 2020, Erie County attorney Robert Barbato, Jr. (#316237) has been Disbarred on Consent in this Commonwealth after having submitted a verified Statement of Resignation in accordance with Rule 215, Pa.R.D.E. The Resignation Statement is under seal. The Disbarment will take effect on December 17, 2020.
