Disciplinary Board Develops Protocols to Hold Remote Proceedings

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and with the utmost concern for the health and safety of the public and its staff, the Disciplinary Board developed protocols for use when holding proceedings remotely using advanced communication technology. Protocols were developed for the following types of proceedings:

Pre-Hearing Conference

Discipline or Reinstatement Hearing

Motion Hearing

Oral Argument

Private or Public Reprimand
