Disciplinary Board Issues Second Order in Response to COVID-19

On April 1, 2020, the Disciplinary Board issued an additional Order in response to the novel Coronavirus 19 (COVID-19) regarding all pending disciplinary and reinstatement matters. All in-person prehearing conferences, hearings, and arguments currently scheduled between the date of the Order and June 1, 2020 are continued and are to be rescheduled by the Board Prothonotary for a date after June 1, 2020. Any filing deadline that occurs between the date of the Order and June 1, 2020, shall be extended for 20 days from the date the filing is due.
