Disciplinary Board Response to COVID-19

On March 17, 2020, the Disciplinary Board issued an Order in response to the novel Coronavirus 19 (COVID-19) regarding all pending disciplinary and reinstatement matters. All prehearing conferences, hearings, and arguments currently scheduled between the date of the Order and April 6, 2020 are continued until further Order of the Board. Any filing deadline that occurs between the date of the Order and April 6, 2020, shall be extended for 20 days from the date the filing is due.
