Celeste L. Dee has been named a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, effective April 1, 2020.
With extensive experience in business administration, business development and politics, Dee has spent her professional life gaining a wide range of skills and knowledge.
After spending the last 12 years working in politics as an operations manager, regional director, political director, and campaign manager for campaigns at nearly every level, Dee now owns and manages Advantage Political Strategies – a full-service campaign management firm based in the Lehigh Valley.
Prior to that, she spent a decade working in New York City in positions ranging from senior sales director, director of corporate sales, director of business development, and EVP of business development. In those roles, she developed and oversaw programs focusing on employee productivity and retention for a client list that included many Fortune 50 companies and government entities.
The Disciplinary Board was created by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to review conduct and assure compliance by all attorneys to the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct. The Board assists the Supreme Court in the licensing and discipline of attorneys in Pennsylvania. Its mission is to protect the general public, maintain a high standard of integrity in the legal profession and safeguard the reputation of the courts of Pennsylvania.
Disciplinary Board members, which include 10 lawyers and two non-lawyers from across the Commonwealth, meet regularly to decide cases, policies, and board administrative matters. All members of the Disciplinary Board serve as unpaid volunteers.
