By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated November 8, 2019, Montgomery County attorney, Neil I. Mittin (#30018), whose registered address is Huntingdon Valley, PA, was placed on Temporary Suspension in this Commonwealth after having plead guilty in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to one count of mail fraud in violation of 18 United States Code ยง 1341. The suspension will take effect on December 8, 2019.
