By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated August 1, 2019, Washington County attorney Joseph Christopher Francis (#90815), has been placed on Temporary Suspension in this Commonwealth after entering a guilty plea in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania to the criminal offense of Assault(two counts). The Suspension will take effect on August 31, 2019.
