By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated November 14, 2025, Susquehanna County attorney Jason Guy Beardsley (#315100) has been suspended on consent from the Bar of this Commonwealth for a period of one year and one day. The suspension is stayed in its entirety, and Respondent is placed on probation for two years. This Order is effective December 14, 2025.
