Supreme Court Adopts Additional Amendments to Pa.R.D.E. 102

By Order dated July 25, 2023, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania adopted amendments to Rule 102 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement.

The amendments to the definitions of “experienced hearing committee member” and “senior hearing committee member” under Pa.R.D.E. 102(a) are published at 53 Pa.B. 4405 (8/5/2023).
