By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated September 26, 2019, Lycoming County attorney, James Robert Protasio (#28734), was placed on Temporary Suspension in this Commonwealth after having pleaded guilty in Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas, to eleven counts of sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography, a violation of Section 6312(d) of the Crimes Code. The Suspension will take effect on October 26, 2019.
