There are currently four vacancies on Pennsylvania Supreme Court boards and committees and they have been posted on the UJS website.
The first is a position on the Committee on Rules of Evidence. Applicants for this position should be knowledgeable about the Pennsylvania rules of Evidence and possess trial court experience.
The second is a position on the PA Lawyers Fund for Client Security Board. Applicants should be knowledgeable about the practice of federal or state law in Pennsylvania.
The third opening is with the Minor Court Rules Committee. Applicants should be knowledgeable about the Pennsylvania Rules of Conduct, Office Standards and Civil Procedure for magisterial district judges and courts, and experienced in magisterial district court practice.
The fourth position is with the Disciplinary Board. Applicants must be members of the Pennsylvania bar and should be knowledgeable about the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct and Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement
