By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated June 20, 2019, Montgomery County Attorney, Brian Joseph Smith (#68911), whose registered mailing address is in Huntingdon Valley, PA, has been Suspended on Consent from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for one year and one day, effective July 20, 2019.
