By order dated November 3, 1999, the Supreme Court of New Jersey disbarred Respondent for misappropriating client funds and conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.
By Notice and order dated March 3, 2000, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court directed Respondent to inform the Court of any claim he had that the imposition of identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefore. Respondent did not file a response.
