By order dated June 3, 1999, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, permanently barred Respondent from the practice of law before that Court. By order dated January 18, 2002, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked Respondent’s license to practice law in Commonwealth of Virginia. By order dated December 4, 2002, Respondent was disbarred by consent from the practice of law in the State of Maryland by the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
By order dated May 6, 2003, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania disbarred Respondent from the practice of law in this Commonwealth. |
