Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in Florida for a period of ten days. Respondent reported his suspension to the Secretary of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as required by Pennsylvania Rule of Disciplinary Enforcement 216(e). By Order of Court dated November 3, 2010 Respondent was temporarily suspended from the practice of law in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania from November 4, 2010 through November 14, 2010. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania imposed reciprocal discipline in this Commonwealth consistent with that imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida. Compliance with the provisions of Rule 217 Pa.R.D.E. was waived.
