Respondent was disbarred by consent from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey. In the Matter of Gary P. Levin, 203 N.J. 372, 3 A.3d 513 (2010). In the Disbarment by Consent form, Respondent acknowledged that he was aware of a pending investigation into allegations concerning his knowing misappropriation of estate trust funds, that the allegations were true, and that if he went to a hearing he could not successfully defend himself against those charges.
By Order dated June 10, 2011, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court imposed a reciprocal discipline of disbarment.
