Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in the state of Louisiana for a period of two years, retroactive to June 1, 2007, the date of his interim suspension. In re Michael J. Kincade, 37 So.3d 399, 2010 WL 2388135 (La.)(per curiam).
Respondent did not report his sanction to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, as required by Pa.R.D.E. 216(e).
By Notice and Order dated October 4, 2010, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, in accordance with Pa.R.D.E. 216 (Reciprocal discipline), directed Respondent to inform the Court of any claim he had that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in the Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor. No response was filed.
