||By order dated July 12, 2001, the New Jersey Supreme Court suspended Respondent for six months for misconduct including gross neglect, lack of diligence, failure to communicate, failure to reduce fee agreement to writing, failure to safeguard client funds, failure to return client property, negligent misappropriation of client funds and failure to comply with recordkeeping requirements.
By order dated October 2, 2001, the New Jersey Supreme Court disbarred Respondent in response to a report from its Disciplinary Review Board recommending that Respondent be disbarred for the knowing misappropriation of client funds.
By Notice and order dated December 13, 2001, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court directed Respondent to inform the Court of any claim he had that the imposition of identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefore. Respondent did not file a response.
By order dated March 5, 2002, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court disbarred Respondent. (Respondent had been placed on temporary suspension in Pennsylvania in January 2001 in response to a Petition for Emergency Temporary Suspension filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.)
