By Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated May 4, 2010, Hal Jonathan Shaffer (“Respondent”) was disbarred from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey. In the Matter of Hal J. Shaffer, 202 N.J. 46, 995 A.2d 299, 2010 WL 1815734 (N.J.).
Respondent did not report his disbarment to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, as required by Pa.R.D.E. 216(e).
By reciprocal Order dated December 28, 2010, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court disbarred Respondent from the practice of law in Pennsylvania.
