Case Digest The Disciplinary Board recommended that Respondent be suspended for one year and one day for acts of misconduct in connection with two cases involving mishandled matters, failure to keep clients informed of the status of their matters, failure to respond to reasonable requests for information concerning their matters, failure to provide a written fee agreement, failure to hold Rule 1.15 funds separate from his own property and using improper firm letterhead and stating or implying he practiced in a partnership at a time when he did not. By Order dated May 17, 2010, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania suspended Respondentís license to practice law for one year and one day.
