Respondent was reciprocally suspended for two years based on his exclusion from practice for two years before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (“USDCEDPA”).
Respondent was excluded from practice before the USDCEDPA for, among other things, the unauthorized practice of law by drafting documents in connection with a real estate transaction that was not, at the time, the subject of a case pending or to be filed in the USDCEDPA.
Respondent opposed the imposition of reciprocal discipline in Pennsylvania.
At the time of the Court’s December 29, 2009 suspension, Respondent had not been reinstated from serving a prior five (5) year suspension that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court had imposed in September of 2004.
