Respondent was reciprocally disbarred in Pennsylvania after being disbarred by consent by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, dated September 12, 2008.
In his Disbarment by Consent form filed with the New Jersey Supreme Court, Respondent acknowledged that he was aware that there was presently pending against him a complaint alleging that he had knowingly misappropriated client trust account funds. Respondent further acknowledged that the allegations were true and that if he went to hearing on the matter, he could not successfully defend himself against the charges.
