By Order 11/10/05, effective 12/10/05, Petitioner was suspended for two years in regard to an estate matter wherein he charged excessive fees, and demanded $10,000 and a $1,300 “loans” from the estate without any security or payment terms. On October 16, 2008, Petitioner filed a Petition for Reinstatement. The Board noted that Petitioner’s actions in regard to fees he charged while serving as an administrator for two estate matters while suspended did not mirror those that resulted in his suspension and was not an obstacle to his reinstatement. The Board found that Petitioner met his burden to be reinstated to the Commonwealth. By Order dated March 25, 2009, the Court granted Petitioner’s Petitioner for Reinstatement. |
