||On May 25, 2007, the Delaware Supreme Court ordered that Respondent be disbarred from the practice of law in that state. The Delaware Court found that Respondent, who had never been licensed to practice in Delaware, had established a systematic and continuous presence in Delaware by providing legal advice and representation to Delaware residents with respect to motor vehicle accidents in that state. The Delaware Court also concluded that Respondent had violated a 1991 cease and desist order. In August 2007, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued an Order directing Respondent to show cause why the imposition of identical or comparable discipline would be unwarranted. After considering the responses filed thereto, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ordered Respondentís disbarment.
