Feingold, Respondent failed to disassociate from him, and permitted him to appear in discovery court, correspond with clients, and conduct other law-related activities in violation of Pa.R.D.E. 217. Feingold, 93 DB 2003.
Suspension of 15 months imposed with the Conditions that for a period of 4 years, Respondent will not facilitate Allen L. Feingold in the unauthorized practice of law, will not associate with him professionally, and will not permit him to be on the premises of a law firm of which Respondent is a principal.
