Following the lengthy suspension of Respondent’s law partner, Allen L. Feingold, Respondent failed to disassociate from him, and permitted him to appear in discovery court, correspond with clients, and conduct other law-related activities in violation of Pa.R.D.E. 217. Respondent failed to drop her former partner’s name from the law firm name, and made knowingly false representations to tribunals about the name, as well as in sworn testimony during the course of ODC’s investigation .
Respondent also made baseless accusations of extreme bias directed against several judges before whom she had cases, and filed a number of frivolous lawsuits based on discovery disputes in other ongoing litigation, substantially identical to the lawsuits found to be frivolous in ODC v. Feingold, 93 DB 2003.
Suspension of 15 months imposed with the Conditions that for a period of 4 years, Respondent will not facilitate Allen L. Feingold in the unauthorized practice of law, will not associate with him professionally, and will not permit him to be on the premises of a law firm of which Respondent is a principal.
