In its January 10, 2007 Order, the New Jersey Supreme Court imposed a suspension for two years and until further order of that Court, with the following conditions: 1) prior to reinstatement, Respondent shall submit proof of his fitness to practice as attested to by a mental health professional approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics (“OAE”); and 2) on reinstatement to practice, Respondent shall practice under the supervision of a practicing attorney approved by the OAE for a period of one year and until the further Order of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
