Respondent was reciprocally disbarred based upon like discipline imposed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey on November 28, 2006.
Respondent had previously been suspended from the practice of law in New Jersey for a period of one year with conditions by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, dated September 28, 2004; by Order dated April 27, 2005, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania had reciprocally suspended Respondent from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania “consistent with” the New Jersey Order.
Respondent had previously been suspended from the practice of law in New Jersey for a period of three years with conditions by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, dated May 3, 2005, retroactive to October 29, 2004 (the effective date of the previous suspension Order); by Order dated December 29, 2005, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court reciprocally suspended Respondent from the practice of law in Pennsylvania “consistent with” the New Jersey Order to run concurrent with the reciprocal suspension imposed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on April 27, 2005.
