Respondent was reciprocally disbarred for like discipline imposed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey on August 31, 2006.
The New Jersey Supreme Court entered an Order of disbarment by consent as a result of Respondent’s submission of a Disbarment by Consent form, wherein Respondent averred that, “I am aware that there is presently pending against me under Docket No. XIV-2005-0589E an investigation into a number of allegations, one of which is that I knowingly misappropriated in excess of $36,000 which was required to be held in my trust account pursuant to a lien of the Law Funder LLC. I acknowledge that this allegation concerning the Law Funder LLC. lien is true and if I went to a hearing on this matter, I could not successfully defend myself against this charge.”
