As a result of a conviction for driving under the influence, by Order dated October 22, 2004, Respondent was suspended for two years, which suspension was stayed, and Respondent was placed on probation which included the condition that he abstain from using alcohol. Subsequently, the Board-appointed Sobriety Monitor notified the Disciplinary Board on three different occasions that Respondent had failed to abstain from the use of alcohol. Respondent's probation was revoked and impose a suspension of one year and one day. |
