Respondent was reciprocally suspended from the practice of law in Pennsylvania for a period of three years, to run concurrent with a six-month suspension imposed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on September 26, 2005, at No. 1037 Disciplinary Docket No. 3. The three-year suspension was based upon like discipline imposed by an Opinion and Order of the Supreme Court of Delaware decided October 26, 2005.
In the Delaware matter, Respondent, while practicing law under an order of extended probation imposed by the Delaware Supreme Court on April 28, 2004, violated Del. RPC 1.16(d) by withdrawing from the representation of a client without taking reasonable steps to protect the client’s interests. Previously, by Order dated March 1, 2005, the Supreme Court of Delaware had suspended Respondent for six months. In re Solomon, 870 A.2d 1189 (Del. 2005).
