Respondent was reciprocally suspended for three years, for like discipline imposed by the Supreme Court of Delaware by Opinion and Order decided August 5, 2005. In the Delaware proceeding, Respondent unconditionally admitted having sexual relations with one client and did not contest that the Delaware Office of Disciplinary Counsel would prove by clear and convincing evidence that Respondent made improper sexual advances toward four other clients.
