Respondent was reinstated to inactive status by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on January 21, 2005. By Order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland dated September 8, 2003 Respondent had been indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in Maryland for taking fees from clients and failing to complete the work. Respondent was order to refund fees to seven clients. Respondent was suspended on a reciprocal basis by Pennsylvania Supreme Court Order dated March 8, 2004. After Respondent was reinstated by the Maryland Court of Appeal on December 7, 2004, she applied for Reinstatement in Pennsylvania, which was granted on January 21, 2005. |
