| Case Digest |
This matter was based upon Respondent’s criminal conviction after having pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Respondent presented testimony that he suffered from alcoholism which was related to his criminal conviction. Disciplinary Counsel presented letters written by the Respondent which the Hearing Committee described as “infantile and unprofessional,” but which did not persuade the committee that Respondent suffered from a pathology that rendered him unfit to practice law. |
