Respondent was reciprocally disbarred for like discipline imposed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey on September 29, 2004.
The New Jersey Supreme Court entered an Order of disbarment as a result of Respondent’s knowing misappropriation of client funds, in violation of In re Wilson, 81 N.J. 451 (1979) and In re Hollendonner, 102 N.J. 21 (1985), NJ RPC 1.15(a)(commingling of personal and trust funds) and NJ RPC 8.4(c)(conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation). Respondent had been temporarily suspended from the practice of law in New Jersey since May 30, 2003.
