The first matter involved Respondent’s repeatedly filing for bankruptcy on behalf of a client in order to delay a partition matter pending in the court of common pleas. In the second matter, Respondent was found in civil contempt of court in a bankruptcy matter for her failure to comply with an order to pay sanctions consisting of costs and counsel fees in a pending matter.
