||Respondent was arrested and convicted on two charges of driving under the influence (DUI) within a short period of time. He failed to report his convictions. He received Intermediate Punishment with a period of in-home and a longer period of probation and rehabilitation. He presented mitigating evidence of a longstanding history of alcoholism, remorse, and strict compliance with his rehabilitation regimen, including regular participation in meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous. By abbreviated procedure, all participants agreed on a disposition of private reprimand with one year probation under the supervision of a sobriety monitor.
