| Case Digest | Respondent was disciplined for numerous violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct and Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement. Respondent’s pattern of neglect, as well as his history of one Informal Admonition and three Private Reprimands, was taken into consideration on the Disciplinary Board Report and Recommendation. Respondent testified that he was preoccupied with a very large criminal practice and that his office management skills were poor thus contributing to his problems. Respondent had practiced law since 1976 and the Board found Respondent’s explanations as no excuse or justification for his misconduct. The Board recommended disbarment. Following oral argument before the Court, Respondent was suspended for five years. |
