By Court order dated May 6, 1997, Respondent was suspended from the practice of law for three years, retroactive to February 26, 1996, the date of his temporary suspension. Respondent was also suspended for three years in New Jersey, reinstated there in 1999.
Respondent pled guilty to one count of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §1341. Respondent participated in a scheme to submit false and fraudulent medical reports and bills to an insurance company.
